Synplicity Units – Metal Case Upgrade

As of July 2024 we are phasing out the ABS cases used on some Synplicity autodialler units, in favour of the metal case units that have been used on the popular Synplicity 4GX units for the past few years.

The positive feedback from our customers over the past few years since the 4GX product was launched, was well received and earlier this year we took the decision to use metal cases for both the Synplicity 4G and the Synplicity PSTN units.

The popular Synplicity 4G is still our biggest selling autodialler unit, however, with many building owners and facility managers now wanting to use their SIP/VoIP telephone lines, the Synplicity PSTN used in conjunction with the Syntium IP 4G unit or with the Syntium ATA, provides a perfect solution.

At the time of writing and due to recent high sales volumes, Synplicity 4G are now already being shipped with the metal cases. The Synplicity PSTN are still being shipped in the strong ABS cases, however, the metal cased unit will start to be shipped in the coming months.
